Lao Chai Hmong Trek
– 2 Days / 1 Night

A Deeper Journey Into Muong Hoa Valley

This 2-day Lao Chai Hmong trek is one of the most authentic ways to experience Sapa’s famous Muong Hoa Valley. Unlike a short day trek, this journey allows you to stay overnight in a traditional ethnic homestay, giving you more time to explore rice terraces, mountain villages, and local culture.

You will walk through scenic landscapes, visit Lao Chai and Ta Van villages, and spend the night with a local Hmong or Giay family. This is the perfect balance between adventure, culture, and relaxation.
