Trip Itineraries

Day 1: Sapa – Ho Thau Village – Base Camp (2,400m)

6:00 AM: Start your day with breakfast at your hotel in Sapa.
​

7:30 AM: Your tour guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel, along with other hikers. Once everyone is ready, we'll take a scenic bus ride to Ho Thau Village, the starting point of the trek.
​

12:00 PM: Pause for a short rest and enjoy a delicious lunch in the picturesque Cardamom Valley, surrounded by nature and local culture.

4:00 PM: Arrive at the first base camp at an elevation of 2,400m. After a challenging first day of hiking, you’ll have time to rest and prepare dinner with your guide, soaking in the peaceful mountain atmosphere.

6:30 PM: Enjoy a well-earned dinner and relax amidst the serene sounds of the forest, concluding your first day of hiking.

Day 2: Base Camp – Mount Putaleng Summit (3,049m) – Base Camp 2

5:00 AM: Wake up to a hot cup of coffee or tea and enjoy breakfast to fuel up for the day ahead.

6:00 AM: Begin the ascent to the summit of Mount Putaleng. To make the hike easier, we’ll leave heavy gear at the base camp and carry only essentials.

9:30 AM: Reach the summit of Mount Putaleng (3,049m)! Celebrate your accomplishment, take in the breathtaking panoramic views, and snap some unforgettable photos before descending.
​

12:00 PM: Return to the base camp at 2,400m for a well-deserved lunch. Afterward, pack up and continue hiking toward the second base camp en route to Ta Lèng Village.

4:00 PM: Arrive at the second base camp, where you can rest, share stories, and enjoy dinner with the group.

Day 3: Base Camp 2 – Ta Lèng Village – Sapa
​

5:30 AM: Wake up early to enjoy breakfast and catch the sunrise over the mountains.
​

6:30 AM: Pack your belongings and embark on the final stretch of the journey. The trek to the center of Ta Lèng Village takes about five hours, offering stunning views along the way.

12:30 PM: Arrive at Ta Lèng Village. Savor a quick lunch before boarding the bus back to Sapa.
​

4:00 PM: Return to Sapa, where the tour concludes.

If you have a hotel in Sapa, we recommend leaving your luggage there. If not, you’re welcome to leave your belongings with us when we meet at Sapa Church at 8:00 AM.
