Mount Fansipan is the highest mountain in Vietnam and Indochina, standing at 3,143 metres above sea level. This challenging 1-day trek is designed for experienced and fit travellers who want a true mountain adventure from Sapa.
Unlike cable car tours, this experience is a full trekking journey both up and down the mountain. You will climb through dense jungle, bamboo forests, and steep mountain trails to reach the summit, then return on foot with your local guide.
This is one of the most demanding but rewarding trekking experiences in northern Vietnam.

6:00 AM: Begin your adventure with a pick-up from your accommodation in Sapa, followed by a scenic drive to Tram Ton Pass.

6:30 AM: Start your hike from Tram Ton Pass, trekking through rolling hills and lush landscapes as you ascend toward the summit.

12:00 PM: Reach the peak of Mount Fansipan. Bask in the breathtaking panoramic views, enjoy the fresh air above the clouds, and savor a picnic lunch at the top.

1:00 PM: Begin your descent, navigating the changing terrain with the guidance of your expert leader.

4:00 PM: Conclude your trek and return to your starting point in Sapa.
